Sendico

Sendico is a Japan-based package forwarder. No membership fees, but many services may come with additional costs. Storage is available. Useful for shoppers wanting Japanese shopping addresses.

Sendico is primarily a Japanese proxy-shopping and forwarding service. You can buy from Japanese marketplaces such as Yahoo Auctions/JDirectItems, Mercari, Rakuten, Rakuma and Amazon Japan, have your purchases sent to Sendico's warehouse, then consolidate and ship them internationally, anywhere around the world.

The standard Sendico service fee is ¥500 per purchase, with an additional ¥300 for Mercari and JDirectItems Auction, effective from 1 August 2026. There are no percentage-based service fees. You also pay the item's purchase price, any domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping and any optional services.

Package consolidation is free, and Sendico provides a generous 180 days of storage. Consolidation is available for parcels up to a combined 20 kg. Optional services include protective packaging for ¥500, vacuum packing for ¥200, stretch packaging for ¥500, contents checking for ¥500 and splitting items for ¥500.

Your purchases are covered by Sendico's Protection Plan, including protection against fraudulent transactions, seller non-delivery and loss or damage during domestic shipping. Items over ¥50,000 are visually checked when they arrive at the warehouse. International shipping is charged separately, with the available methods and prices depending on your destination and parcel.
