If you use its We Buy & Ship service, where Delivered Korea purchases the goods for you, handling starts at US$1.50 per order. The $3 Standard option adds an unboxing inspection, restricted-item removal and seller support, while the $5 Premium Protection+ option adds detailed inspection, video and protection of up to 100% of the purchase value. Purchases over $150 can qualify for free Light or Standard handling, subject to exclusions.

For warehouse services, you get 45 days free storage, then pay $1 per package per day. Consolidation costs $2 per package for KeepBox or $3 for Unbox, although We Buy orders now include free consolidation options. Repackaging costs $3 per package, photos start at $1.50, bubble wrap is $1, and specialist packaging such as corrugated plastic boxes or vacuum packing costs $7.
