My Germany offers forwarding services from Germany and other EU countries.

Premium plans offer more features including free consolidation, repackaging, and extended storage, there is a €1 registration fee that is refunded on your first order.

The free Standard plan includes package receiving, inspection, automated consolidation and repacking, tracking, transport insurance and 60 days of storage. After 60 days, storage costs €3 per package per day.

You can upgrade to Premium for €5 per month (€51 annually), which gives you 90 days' storage, manual consolidation, package photos and additional handling options. MyGermany also offer a business plan for greater cost and more services.

You can also use services such as detailed package photos, item inspection, document scanning, additional packaging, returns, customs declarations, VAT refund processing and concierge purchasing. Concierge purchasing costs 10% of the purchase value, with a €5 minimum, while Concierge+ shopping assistance and sourcing costs 20%, with a €5 minimum.

Full hazardous goods UN3480 and dangerous goods ID8000 & UN3481 can be shipped for extra fees of 20.00-45.00 € and 100.00-145.00 € respectively.

One useful feature is myGermany's free consolidation and repacking, although the free service is generally limited to one consolidation. Further re-consolidation costs €29. The service also handles international customs documentation, with specific export declarations attracting additional fees.
