comGateway is an established US parcel forwarder based in the tax-free state of Oregon. They focus on actively reducing shipping fees for multiple package shipments.

OneBox is their service where they will unpack several packages and repack into one box. Items are shipped DDP to most countries. A rewards program is offered where you can earn CGW dollars, which can be used to offset against shipping fees, dollars are earnt from their special offers.

comGateway gives you a free US shipping address for shopping from American retailers and forwarding purchases to 220+ countries. You get access to DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS, with shipping calculated using whichever is higher: actual or volumetric weight. Standard packages receive 7 days of free storage.

You can use consolidation, OneBox and Repack to reduce the size and shipping weight of your orders. OneBox combines packages while removing unnecessary packaging, and comGateway says this can reduce shipping weight by up to 50%. Another of their services you can also use is called BuyForMe and is useful if a US retailer won't accept your payment method.

For regular users, comGateway Prime costs US$69.99 per year and provides lower shipping rates, free consolidation of up to 15 packages, 60 days of free storage, discounted repacking and free express upgrades on eligible shipments.

Shipping is the main cost, with occasional additional courier surcharges for remote areas, oversized or irregular packages and special handling. A package-checking service is available for US$5. Storage after the free period costs US$1 per day, and packages can be held for up to 90 days.
